My custom dessert table will be a highlight of your special occasion. Beautiful presentation is as much of a focus as the deliciousness of my desserts. Choose a selection from my petite dessert menu or ask for a personal favorite. Each of my delicious, bite sized desserts are completely scratch made, from the puff pastry and tartlet shells to the vanilla bean French pastry cream and French macaroons. My custom dessert table will be the perfect addition to your sweet celebration.

Petite Dessert Menu
Each of my petite desserts are a delicious 2 bite morsel. Everything is scratch made and always baked fresh for your occasion. Choose as few or as many different desserts as you like for your buffet. $20 - 35 per dozen - 2 dozen minimum per kind.
Fresh berry or fruit tartlets. Scratch made sweet French pastry crust and vanilla bean pastry cream, topped with fresh berries and house made wild plum glaze. $35 per dozen
Gluten free available
Salted caramel and dark chocolate tartlets. $35 per dozen. Gluten free also available
Cream Puffs filled with vanilla bean french pastry cream and dipped in dark chocolate ganache. $35 per dozen
Full size pies. Classic Apple, Apple-Blackberry, Pumpkin, Lemon Meringue, Chocolate and more. Just ask for your favorite. 10" Pie is 10 full sized servings or 12 wedding servings. Starts at $50

Chocolate dipped cheesecake bites made with a pecan & graham cracker crust. $35 per dozen
Beautiful white and dark chocolate dipped strawberries. These are available seasonally. $30 per dozen
Mini cupcakes. Many flavor combinations available. starts at $23 per dozen

Gourmet Buttermilk Raised Doughnuts. Wide variety of flavors and options available. Starts at $48 per dozen, 4 dozen minimum per order.
French Macarons. Many flavor combinations and fillings available. Shown are Vanilla bean with a dark mint chocolate filling, Orange cardamom with dark chocolate filling and Vanilla Bean with wild blackberry buttercream filling . $36 per dozen

Custom Dessert Buffet Pricing
Start by deciding how many petite desserts you would like to provide for each of your guests. I recommend 4 to 5 per person. For a lighter dessert serving, 3 per person will suffice but if you want to treat your guests to a fully indulgent dessert course, 5-6 per person is wonderful.
I will deliver, set-up, display & decorate as well as return at the end of your event to retrieve my equipment. I will use decorations you provide or I can style a beautiful dessert display and provide decor to your specifications. I can provide the service platters, plates & pedestals for the dessert display.
Delivery, Set-up & Retrieval - $75 to $125 fee within 20 miles.
This includes delivery, set-up of your dessert table. Equipment rental fee will be based on number of display items used, and retrieval of my equipment (in most cases) is included in the rental fee. An equipment security deposit is required.
If you would like custom styling and decorations that I will provide - $55 plus cost of decorations
*** I do not provide the table, table linen, dessert plates or napkins, If you can not provide these items let me know and I can arrange rentals**
If you have a favorite dessert you would like on your buffet and it is not on my menu, please ask.
