Cupcakes
My cupcake creations can be simple, focusing on flavor and texture or intricately decorated to match your celebration theme and colors. Either way, all of my cupcakes are beautiful and delicious. I use a swiss meringue buttercream frosting that is extremely light and fluffy, silky smooth and not too sweet. Some of my favorite flavors are carmel, strawberry (made with fresh, organic strawberry juice) and hazelnut. My cupcakes are light and moist and can be filled with many different things like wild blackberry sauce, lemon curd or whipped chocolate ganache. The flavor combinations are endless. My decorations can be simple and classic or highly decorated with a theme and colors. I specialize in handcrafted sugar flowers that bring a beautiful elegance to these sweet little treats.
